第二階段論證摘要

[Claim]總括的說，我不認同按讚就要被告。
其一是按讚可能是單純的個人習慣，
表示:"我看過這篇"或者是"我了解了"，
但並不表示一定為贊同的意思。
其二，就算是贊同，法律也不能限制其言論自由(況且按讚真會損及名譽嗎?)，
我同意你的話並不代表我就是想侮辱他，
況且我們並無權力去限制一個人的思想，
就算她按了讚也是她的自由，
去限制他人的思想自由是不合理的
